Abstract: The presentation was a discussion of the ethics provisions of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning Model Standards, the Association of Fundraising Professionals Code of Ethical Principles and Standards and the Donor Bill of Rights, together with Federal and Florida Securities Law Exemptions for Solicitation of Charitable Gift Annuities. Examples of conduct by professionals were presented and discussed.
