June 25, 2010.  Attorney Jay Fleisher appeared on Seaview Radio's (95.9 FM) First Day program, Sunday morning, June 20th.  Seaview host Valerie Smith interviewed Mr. Fleisher about steps people can take to protect their property and loved ones during difficult times, and after they have passed on.  Discussed were the uses of durable powers of attorney, health care surrogates, living wills, pre-need guardian nominations, wills and trusts.  Mr. Fleisher described how people can use these straightforward legal tools to protect their property during life and after they pass on.  He also discussed relatively simple legal steps that can be taken by people to ensure that their physical well being will be properly taken care of if they are unable to do so themselves.
